We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our growing culinary team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in leadership, values collaboration, and is ready to take part in shaping the soul of GOA SAYA’s kitchen.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, quality, and timing.

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal dish innovation.

• Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain discipline, teamwork, and professional growth.

• Monitor stock levels, cost control, and portioning in alignment with company SOPs.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are met at all times.

• Train junior chefs, oversee preparation quality, and support smooth service execution.

• Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain alignment between culinary and operational goals.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in fine or premium dining.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.

• Expertise in Indonesian and Asian fusion cuisine, with a strong creative sense for balance and presentation.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Reliable, disciplined, and committed to maintaining the highest culinary standards.
