Recovery and Shop Attendant

The Recovery & Shop Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences within OMNI’s recovery facilities and retail shop. This role ensures the smooth operation, cleanliness, and safety of recovery services while assisting members with facility usage and wellness product recommendations. 

1.    Welcome members and guests to the Recovery Area and Retail Shop, providing professional, friendly, and personalized service at all times.

2.    Assist members with the proper use of recovery facilities, including ice baths, steam rooms, saunas, and other recovery services in accordance with OMNI's SOPs.

3.    Ensure recovery areas are clean, safe, well-maintained, and fully stocked with towels, amenities, and recovery supplies throughout operating hours.

4.    Promote and sell wellness products, supplements, beverages, and retail merchandise while providing accurate product information and recommendations.

5.    Process retail sales transactions, maintain accurate cashiering records, and ensure proper handling of payments and receipts.

6.    Conduct regular stock inventory counts, monitor inventory levels, and report stock discrepancies, damaged items, or replenishment needs to management.

7.    Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports, ensuring accurate documentation of retail performance and stock movement.

8.     Collaborate with the Front Office, F&B, Gym, and Clinic teams to deliver a seamless member experience while handling member inquiries, bookings, feedback, and operational support.
