Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Handle reservations, bookings, and payment transactions.
Provide information about surf lessons, accommodation, activities, and local attractions.
Coordinate daily guest arrivals, departures, airport transfers, and surf schedules with other departments.
Ensure all guest data and reservations are accurately recorded in the system.
Handle guest complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Office and reception area.
Prepare daily reports related to occupancy, guest requests, and payments.
Work closely with Housekeeping, Surf Guides, Drivers, and Operations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Assist with administrative tasks assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or Management.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and customer service at all times.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office staff in a hotel, villa, hostel, surf camp, or hospitality industry.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and/or hotel reservation systems (PMS is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Well-groomed, friendly, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Able to join ASAP is preferred.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Indonesian citizens (WNI) with valid identification documents.
