We’re looking for a Chef de Partie (Dessert) to join our pastry team.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in both technique and artistry, and who’s ready to help shape the sweet identity of GOA SAYA.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Prepare and execute plated desserts for daily service and special menus with consistency and quality.
- Assist in the creation and development of new dessert recipes and presentations.
- Ensure all pastry preparations meet the standards of flavor, texture, and visual appeal.
- Maintain an organized, hygienic, and efficient workstation according to kitchen SOPs.
- Support the Sous Chef (Dessert) and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, training, and mentoring junior team members.
- • Manage ingredient preparation, inventory, and control food waste effectively.
- • Collaborate with the main kitchen and service team to ensure seamless plating and timing during service.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- 2–3 years of experience as a CDP in pastry or dessert (fine dining or luxury hotel experience preferred).
- Skilled in modern plating, dessert composition, and baking techniques.
- Creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of presentation.
- Passionate about desserts, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
