Waiter/Waitress ( Daily Worker )

To provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests while supporting smooth daily restaurant operations and maintaining company service standards.

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure food and beverages are served according to company standards.
• Prepare and arrange tables before, during, and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Assist guests with menu information and recommendations when required.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and report issues to the Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Check table settings, cleanliness, and service equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate preferred.
• Previous experience as Waiter/Service Staff is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and positive attitude.
• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.
