Front Of House

The Outlet Experience Associate (Front of House) is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience during daily operations by providing high-quality service, maintaining floor standards, and supporting smooth floor operations. This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction (CSAT) through proactive hospitality and efficient service flow. 

• Executes the BAKED. Service Sequence & Customer Service Commitment. 
• Maintains Floor Hygiene & Operational Readiness.
• Drives Sales & Product Knowledge. 
• Controls Inventory Levels and Minimized Waste.
• Supports Delivery & Quality Control. 
• Ensures Guest Recovery and Feedback Management. 
• Completes Required Training & Skill Development.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Hospitality/F&B background preferred).
• Proven experience in a high-volume F&B service role or retail environment.
• Deep understanding of service quality and inventory management at the service station.
• Proficient in ESB POS systems and following procedures.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and in an action-oriented manner.
• Disciplined, action-oriented, high personal hygiene, and a "feel-good" attitude.
