Gift Supply Chain Coordinator

PT ELUCKYGAME TECHNOLOGY ASIA is a dynamic company operating in the entertainment technology industry, specializing in the distribution and management of claw machines located in malls, arcades, and public spaces. We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Gift Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the end-to-end supply chain process—from sourcing to installation—of our machines and spare parts.

1. Manage the sourcing and procurement of claw machines and related spare parts from local and international suppliers.
2. Ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of all claw machines according to company standards.
3. Build and maintain relationships with vendors; handle pricing negotiations and delivery terms.
4. Monitor machine inventory levels and prepare purchase plans based on operational needs.
5. Coordinate logistics and delivery of claw machines to various site locations (e.g., malls, arcades, public spaces).
6. Handle import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance.
7. Maintain accurate procurement and delivery reports for management review.
8. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure machines are installed and functioning correctly upon arrival.

1. Strong technical understanding of electronic/electromechanical equipment
2. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
3. Problem-solving and analytical thinking
4. Effective communication, both verbal and written

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or sourcing of electronic/entertainment equipment.
* Able to communicate with international vendors (basic proficiency in English and/or Chinese is preferred).
