Engineering Staff

WE ARE HIRING – ENGINEERING STAFF (ALL ROUNDER)

Our Surf Camp located in Uluwatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali is looking for an Engineering Staff (All Rounder) to join our team immediately.

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance of the property's facilities and equipment.
• Handle basic repairs related to plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and minor building maintenance.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities are functioning properly and safely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine checks on air conditioners, water pumps, lighting systems, and other engineering equipment.
• Assist with installation, replacement, and maintenance of hotel and office equipment when required.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the engineering workshop and storage areas.
• Record maintenance activities and report major repairs to the supervisor or management.
• Support other operational departments whenever technical assistance is required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Engineering or Maintenance, preferably in hospitality, hotels, villas, or surf camps.
• Able to perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work.
• Understanding of air conditioning (AC) maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and service-oriented.
• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on maintenance work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Uluwatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali.
• Able to join ASAP is highly preferred.
