PT. Cipta Penegas Bali (Restaurant) saat ini membutuhkan Waiter / Waitress

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the ordering system.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing attentive and personalized service.
• Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to their requests and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report any issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Follow all restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned by management.

• Applicants are required to attach a recent close-up photo and a full-body photo.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional personality.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management and multitasking skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and basic hygiene standards is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, and reliable.
