We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages to guests, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. To succeed in this role, you should have a polite demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide them with menus.

Order Taking: Present the menu, answer questions about ingredients, look out for food allergies, and accurately take food and beverage orders.

Menu Knowledge & Upselling: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu to recommend pairings, daily specials, and upsell appetizers, desserts, or premium drinks.

Point of Sale (POS) Operation: Enter orders correctly into the POS system so the kitchen and bar staff can prepare them accurately.

Food and Beverage Service: Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to the guest tables promptly and at the correct temperature.

Table Maintenance (Pre-bussing): Check back on guests to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, and remove empty plates or utensils throughout the meal.

Table Turn-Over: Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths after guests leave, and reset them with fresh utensils and glassware for the next party.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Strong multitasking skills

Attention to detail
