PT. Fine Steel Share is a company engaged in steel trading and distribution for domestic and international markets. This position is responsible for managing B2B sales of imported and exported steel products, including identifying market opportunities, handling global clients, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating international shipments.

• Identify new B2B sales opportunities for steel products through projects, tenders, distributors, contractors, and industrial end users.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation preparation, negotiation, to closing sales agreements.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with overseas suppliers and international buyers.
• Negotiate pricing structures, payment methods (L/C, T/T), and delivery schedules with clients and partners.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners regarding shipping documents, customs clearance, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR).
• Monitor global steel market prices and industry trends to prepare accurate quotations and sales strategies.
• Maintain organized customer databases, quotation records, and sales pipelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the steel, manufacturing, or industrial materials sector.
• Experience handling imported steel products such as wire, rebar, wire mesh, steel plates (SS400, SM490), HRC, seamless pipes, or round bars.
• Understanding of international trade practices including Incoterms 2020, Letter of Credit (L/C), and export–import shipping procedures.
• Experience negotiating international sales agreements and coordinating cross-border transactions.
• Professional English communication skills (written and spoken). Additional language proficiency such as Mandarin is advantageous.
• Experience building and managing networks with distributors, contractors, project owners, and industrial buyers.
