Sales Engineer

PT Multi Sukses Pratama is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the promotion and sales of engineering products and industrial solutions. This role is responsible for understanding customer technical requirements, proposing suitable engineering solutions, and managing the sales process from technical consultation to project implementation.

• Identify and develop new customer opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering products or solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits with prospective clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost calculations, and commercial quotations for customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the sales process until deal closure.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure correct specifications and successful project implementation.
• Provide technical clarification and after-sales support related to products or systems offered.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and customer records within the company system.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
• Understanding of engineering products, industrial systems, or technical solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or industrial product sales is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications; experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
