Guest Relation Supervisor

We are looking for a professional and guest-oriented Guest Relation Supervisor to oversee guest relations and ensure an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will supervise daily guest service operations, handle guest inquiries and complaints, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that all guest needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.

• Welcome guests and provide assistance throughout their stay.
• Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and ongoing guest communication.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records.

• Minimum High School Diploma (Hospitality Background is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office, preferably with supervisory experience
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Well-groomed, professional, friendly, and guest-oriented
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills
• Available to join immediately
