Villa Manager

Manage the day-to-day operations of the villa, ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth check-in and check-out processes, and high standards of property maintenance. Coordinate with vendors and technicians, handle guest requests and owner communication, conduct regular property inspections, and ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and local regulations.

• Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring high guest service standards and property upkeep.
• Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, offering guests a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
• Conduct regular inspections of the villa property to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors such as service providers and technicians.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with villa owners to provide updates on property performance and guest feedback.
• Implement safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

• Diploma or A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role in hospitality (villa, resort, or boutique hotel).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a bonus.
• Good understanding of housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B service
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP service with professionalism.
• Able to manage budgets, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property/villa management systems (PMS).
• Familiar with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and reservation systems.
• Well-organized and flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
• Willing to travel frequently between villa locations
