Villa Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Villa Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest experience. The candidate should have prior supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and coordination skills, and the ability to manage team performance effectively while maintaining high service standards.

• Supervise daily villa operations
• Monitor staff performance and ensure service quality
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally
• Ensure housekeeping and maintenance standards are met
• Prepare reports and manage operational coordination

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Supervisor (preferably in hospitality/villa)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Placement in Kerabokan, Bali
