Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for a professional and charismatic Waiter/Waitress to be the face of Cafe Bali. Your primary role is to provide an exceptional dining experience by delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service. You will ensure that every guest feels welcomed and well-attended to from the moment they arrive until they depart.

•  Welcome and assist guests according to restaurant service standards
•  Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team
•  Serve food and beverages following established service procedures
•  Ensure guests receive proper assistance during their dining experience
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and dining area
•  Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams to support smooth restaurant operations 

•  Minimum education of Senior High School or equivalent
•  Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant or hotel is preferred
•  Understanding of basic restaurant service procedures and food and beverage service standards
•  Ability to communicate effectively in Indonesian and English
•  Ability to handle guest orders and table service accurately
•  Willing to work in shift schedules including weekends and public holidays
