Waitress

The Waiter / Service Staff is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, attentive, and personalized service to guests. This role ensures smooth service operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, energetic, and passionate about hospitality, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest.

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks according to service standards
• Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained at all times
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely and efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Process payments and handle billing accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area
• Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and safety regulations

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (restaurant / hotel / beach club)
• Well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance
• Good communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Service-oriented with strong guest satisfaction focus
• Understand service standards (greeting, taking orders, serving, handling complaints)
