Waiter/Waitress

Tavolo Group Bali is a hospitality and dining establishment located in Badung, Bali, providing food and beverage service in a restaurant and lounge environment. The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering professional table service, managing guest orders accurately, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth dining operations and a positive guest experience.

• Welcome guests, present menus, and record food and beverage orders through the POS system (Quinos).
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to restaurant service standards.
• Verify order accuracy before serving and communicate special requests or allergies to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining tables, serving stations, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
• Process guest payments using available payment systems including EDC machines.
• Assist with outlet closing procedures, equipment storage, restocking supplies, and scheduled inventory checks.

• Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational School
• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality service roles.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service including spirits, beer, wine, cocktails, and coffee.
• Ability to operate POS systems for order input and transaction processing.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
• Understanding of menu items, pricing structure, promotions, and applicable taxes in food and beverage service.
