PT Tech Security Solution is a cybersecurity solution provider delivering products and services to support clients in securing their digital infrastructure. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving cybersecurity sales growth through new client acquisition, account management, and solution-based selling aligned with customer business needs.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Sell cybersecurity products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities through active prospecting and sales networks.
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts to increase sales value and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity business solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, including up-selling and cross-selling activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and relevant internal teams to execute effective sales strategies.
  • Provide market insights, including competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Support company marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, events, and business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data using CRM and project management tools provided by the company.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor/S1
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in sales IT Vendor/ IT Security
  • Have min 10 focus reseller and 20 customer base
  • Have min 10 Projects CyberSecurity Solution Base Closing
