Account Management Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support campaign execution and client coordination. This role involves assisting with video review, storyline development, campaign data entry, client follow-ups, reporting, and internal team coordination. You will also help manage campaign administration, take meeting notes, support ongoing campaigns, and assist with lead research.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, creative, detail-oriented, able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, basic administrative skills, and an interest in digital marketing are required.

• Assist on checking video for campaign 
• Help review/create storyline for campaign 
• Do entry data regarding campaign 
• Follow-Up client regarding approval/request for campaign 
• Collect report and send it to client 
• Assist on communicating between client and internal team (Influencer, Performance, or Creative team) 
• Effectively resolve any client issues or complaints 
• Provide outstanding customer service 
• Communicate project progress and updates to client
• Taking minutes of meeting
• Assisting in preparing campaign administrative needs
• Researching new leads and sharing credentials for targeted clients
• Shadowing ongoing campaigns

• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, able to work methodically, multitask, and perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, socially confident, and fluent in English (mandatory).
• Basic administrative skills (MS Office), good time management, adaptable, and strong interest in Digital Marketing.
