Account Manager (IT Sales)

Soedarpo Informatika, an IT company specializing in technology solutions and system integration, is seeking an Account Manager. This role is responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring the delivery of appropriate IT solutions to meet client needs.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector
• Manage and grow existing client accounts (account base)
• Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions
• Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
• Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Presales, Delivery) to ensure successful project implementation
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Account Manager / Sales in IT industry
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development, or system integration
• Experience handling corporate or enterprise clients
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
