Reservation Administration Officer

 Elmina Villa Management is looking for a Reservation & OTA Management Leader based in Kuta Selatan, Badung, Bali. This position will be responsible for managing villa reservations and online listings across various Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia. The role will oversee availability, pricing, room inventory, listing content, promotional activities, guest communication, and sales performance while coordinating closely with the operational team and management to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. 

• Manage villa reservations, availability, rates, inventory, and room allocations across multiple OTA platforms.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date property descriptions, pricing, availability, photos, and listing information.
• Monitor pricing across platforms and coordinate dynamic pricing adjustments based on demand and market trends.
• Optimize OTA listing content and SEO to improve visibility, ranking, and booking conversion.
• Ensure consistent branding, accurate formatting, and engaging descriptions across all OTA listings.
• Monitor and analyze listing performance, including visibility, conversion rates, bookings, and revenue.
• Prepare regular reports on reservation and sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns such as flash sales, discounts, and special offers with OTA platforms.
• Build and maintain good relationships with OTA account managers to maximize promotional and marketing opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with guests and coordinate with the operational team to resolve reservation or guest-related issues.
• Maintain accurate guest information, reservation records, and administrative documents.
• Support daily schedules, general administration, and other related operational tasks as required.

• Minimum Diploma/Associate Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel, villa, resort, reservation, OTA management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, or similar platforms.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media is preferred.
