Japanese Translator

PT.SUNSTAR ENGINEERING INDONESIA seeks a skilled Japanese Translator to support communication and documentation for internal and external operations. The role involves translating and interpreting between Japanese, English, and Indonesian, assisting HR administration, and managing expatriate documents efficiently.

•  Translate written documents, emails, reports, and other materials between Japanese, English, and Indonesian
•  Provide simultaneous or consecutive interpretation for meetings, conferences, and video calls
•  Assist HR with administrative tasks including expatriate documentation (ITAS, etc.)
•  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication
•  Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations and interpretations 

•  Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
•  JLPT certification minimum N3
•  At least 3 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or related language services
•  Experience handling administrative tasks and expatriate documentation
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy
