Yayasan Griya Anak / Children’s House is an organisation focused on child development and wellbeing services. The Admin will support daily administrative and front office operations, act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, and ensure smooth coordination of administrative processes to support centre activities.

Working Hours : Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 WITA, Sunday: 09:00 – 12:00 WITA

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  1. Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for clients, parents, and programme participants.
  2. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages, and coordinate enquiries with relevant internal teams.
  3. Perform administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.
  4. Manage client and parent enquiries related to programme registration, schedules, and service information.
  5. Maintain accurate and confidential administrative records in accordance with organisational procedures.
  6. Support daily centre operations to ensure administrative workflows run smoothly and consistently

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and coordinate information accurately.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • English proficiency (spoken and written) is an advantage.
