Administrator

PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company's client.

1. Assisting in the company administration and client adminsitration.
2. Control inventory circulation, including equipment and office supplies.
3. Assist in organizing, providing, and preparing the needs of the director and the company.
4. Monitor office cleanliness and the performance of the cleaning service staff
5. Monitor stock levels of amenities, inventory, stationery, etc.
6. Manage petty cash from the director

1. Have at least i year experience as Personal Assistant.
2. Strong background in accounting, Administration, or related field.
3. Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, have experience in consultant is plus.
4. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skill.
6. Willing to relocate to Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
