• Welcome and assist members and guests
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and customer communication
• Process payments and manage basic administrative tasks
• Provide information about classes, packages, promotions, and events
• Maintain reception and studio readiness
• Support daily operations and member experience

• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Familiar with booking systems and basic administration
• Experience in hospitality, fitness, or wellness is a plus
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends
