1. Lead and supervise warehouse daily operation team, allocate daily work tasks reasonably.
2. Oversee inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory arrangement and stock count.
3. Check work quality, follow up abnormal issues and resolve on-site problems timely.
4. Train team members, track attendance and performance, maintain team discipline.
5. Ensure warehouse safety, tidy zone management and 5S compliance.
6. Submit daily/weekly work report, keep accurate inventory records.
7. Cooperate with production, logistics and other related departments.

1. Working experience in warehouse team leader role, familiar with warehouse workflow.
2. Able to have simple conversations in Mandarin.
3. Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory system).
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good on-site management and communication skill.
5. Understand safety operation rules of warehouse.
