Retail Sales Advisor

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the right coffee products, and ensuring a pleasant in-store experience.

1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction 
2.  Greet and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs 
3.  Educate customers on coffee products, brewing methods, and equipment 
4.  Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately 
5.  Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well displayed 
6.  Restock shelves and manage merchandise availability 
7.  Receive and organize incoming shipments 
8.  Stay updated on product knowledge, including new arrivals 
9.  Support promotional activities and inform customers about ongoing offers 
10.  Conduct periodic inventory checks 
11.  Follow company policies and operational procedures

1. Passionate about coffee and customer service 
2.  Previous experience in retail, sales, or as a barista is preferred 
3.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
4.  Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude 
5.  Able to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment 
6.  Basic math skills for handling transactions 
7.  Basic computer skills 
8.  Team player with a high sense of responsibility
9. Experience: Minimum 1 year as Barista or in Sales (preferred)
