Design Engineering

PT. Union Teknika is a leading company specializing in the manufacture of hydraulic cylinders and related components for use in heavy equipment and various other industries.

A design engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing products, components, or structural systems using engineering principles and SolidWorks 3D analysis, enabling their realization into tangible products that are safe to use, function effectively, and are efficient to manufacture.

1. Design concepts for new products or components using 2D and 3D technical drawing software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
2. Perform accurate technical calculations regarding material strength, dimensions, and tolerances.
3. Creating prototypes and conducting testing to evaluate product performance and durability.
4. Refining and revising designs based on test results or feedback from the production team and clients.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) (preferable Sarjana /S1) in Mechanical Engineering specifically Agricultural Industry Technology and Mechanical and Biosystem Engineering
• Able to operate Solid Work 3D and Analyze using FEA 
• Having experiences to design and make Hydraulic Cylinder, Farm Modern Machine and Automotive Attachment
• Familiar with Engineering Drawing and Machinery Production.
• Computer Literate, Familiar with Ms Office, AutoCAD,and Solidwork 2014.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and have analytical thought
• Good Communication Skill and able to handle pressure
• Living around Citeureup, Bogor, West Java
