Boutique Supervisor

KU DE TA Restaurant, Seminyak - Bali currently seeking an experienced Boutique Supervisor

• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations and ensure smooth store performance 
• Lead, motivate, and support the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs 
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a premium in-store experience 
• Assist customers with styling advice and personalised product recommendations 
• Train and mentor staff on sales techniques, customer service, and brand knowledge 
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and overall team productivity 
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of team members 
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to brand direction 
• Manage stock control, inventory checks, replenishment, and deliveries 
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally 
• Prepare daily reports, monitor sales performance, and communicate store updates to management 
• Support marketing activities, in-store events, and social media initiatives when required 
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, organisation, and operational standards at all times 

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Confident using POS systems and basic retail reporting tools
