Area Manager

Trans Food and Beverage is seeking an Area Manager to oversee and optimize the operational performance of multiple food and beverage outlets within the assigned district. This role is responsible for ensuring operational standards, improving store performance, supporting business expansion, and maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and external partners.

• Monitor and evaluate district store operations to ensure productivity, service quality, and financial performance.
• Ensure all stores implement company SOPs and operational standards consistently.
• Supervise and support store teams to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management and external partners.
• Analyze operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve store performance.
• Identify potential locations and propose new outlet opportunities for business expansion.
• Develop and manage team performance to build a strong and professional workforce.
• Create and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team
• Good interpersonal and networking skills
• Willing to be placed in Bandung
