Sales Promotion Girl / Sales Counter

As a Sales Counter or Sales Promotion Girl, you will be responsible for promotion and marketing of products through various channels, including digital media and direct customer interaction. You will also manage procurement, inventory control, and build relationships with B2B and B2C customers. Main tasks include developing marketing strategies, monitoring product performance, and providing operational support at the store location.

• SMA/SMK educational background
• Work experience between 1 to 3 years
• Skills in marketing communication, goods receipt, retail/B2C marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, sales and marketing, inventory control, B2C marketing, product design, marketing strategy, and warehouse operations
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, and ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills and sensitivity to market needs
