Waiter/Waitress

PT Artisan Kuliner Indonesia is a restaurant company specializing in Italian dining concepts. The Waiter/Waitress role is responsible for delivering food and beverage services to customers in accordance with restaurant service standards, while supporting smooth daily operations in the dining area.

• Serve food and beverages to customers according to established service procedures
• Present menu items, promotions, and product information accurately to customers
• Record orders and process payments using the restaurant POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
• Prepare and maintain dining area cleanliness based on operational standards
• Handle customer requests and feedback following service guidelines
• Support overall restaurant operations during service hours

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in F&B / Hospitality
• At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar restaurant service role
• Understanding of food and beverage service flow and restaurant SOPs
• Able to communicate clearly with customers in a professional manner
• Experience in an Italian Restaurant is an advantage
• Familiar with restaurant cashier or POS systems
