Cook / Commis

PT ANV Hospitality is looking for a Cook / Commis to support daily kitchen operations and food preparation while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow instructions and food safety procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper food handling and storage practices.
• Support other kitchen duties as required.

• Minimum 2 years of previous kitchen experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking.
• Willing to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
