Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Support to join our talented team at PT Peta Media Nusindo in North Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic sales operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

1. Providing comprehensive sales support to our sales team, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and order processing
2. Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
3. Handling customer inquiries and responding to requests in a timely and professional manner
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction
5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities and achievements
6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales support function

1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
