Bussiness Development Executive
PT. Universal Penta Medika is looking for a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, expand client networks, and promote the company's medical concierge services. The successful candidate will build strategic referral partnerships, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve business development and revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication and networking skills, professional client engagement, and a willingness to travel for business meetings and assignments.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
- Present and promote medical concierge services to prospective clients and business partners.
- Build and expand referral networks to generate new client opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct professional follow-ups to support client acquisition and retention.
- Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.
- Attend business meetings, client visits, and assignments within and outside the city.
- Monitor market opportunities and provide updates on business development activities.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Healthcare / medical background is highly preferred
- Previous experience in bussiness development, sales, marketing or clients relations
- Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills
- Fluent in english is a must, mandarin is a plus
- Profesional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Target - Oriented with a proven track record
- Willing to travel outside the city
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence required
