Leader Field Sales (Merchant Acquisition)

Seeking a Team Leader to drive F&B merchant acquisition in Jakarta & Tangerang, manage field sales, and achieve targets.

• Lead and direct the sales team in acquiring F&B merchants to join the platform/application.
• Develop strategies and map visiting areas for the sales team.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate weekly targets based on the performance of each sales team.
• Ensure the sales team understands product knowledge, merchant registration processes, and communication with prospective merchants.
• Conduct regular coaching and briefings for the sales team to increase productivity and target achievement.
• Prepare team performance reports and provide updates regarding merchant development to management.
• Responsible for achieving sales team targets and merchant growth.
• Ensure sales strategies and field visit executions comply with company procedures.

• Fluent in English (written & spoken) – Required.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Domiciled in Tangerang (must).
• Experience in field sales (must).
• Experience in leading a sales team.
• Own a laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office (must).
• Responsive and proactive.
• Must own an Android smartphone (Min. Android 14 & RAM 6 GB) for operational tasks.
• Willing to work in the field.
