SPG (Sales Promotion Girl)

A Jewellery SPG is responsible for promoting, selling, and providing excellent service to customers in a jewelry store. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a solid understanding of jewelry products to offer accurate recommendations and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Serve customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
• Explain detailed information about jewelry products, including materials, quality, design, and pricing.
• Provide product recommendations based on customers’ needs, preferences, and budget.
• Maintain store displays to ensure they remain neat, attractive, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, including data entry, payments, and invoicing.
• Manage display stock and ensure product availability.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests with appropriate solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
• Maintain product security and follow store safety procedures.
• Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
