PT Shacman Motors Indonesia hiring Sales Staff

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Present SHACMAN products and provide suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve sales targets.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
• Regularly report sales activities, progress, and market developments to management.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel and visit customers when required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must own a personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) and have a valid driving license.
