Project Sales Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Project Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves working closely with clients and A&D (Architect & Designers) to identify their needs and deliver customized ergonomic solutions. Responsibilities include managing projects, driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional client service. The position will require collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and excellent customer satisfaction.

* Handle project inquiries and client meetings

* Prepare quotations, proposals & product specifications

* Coordinate with operations and procurement teams

* Follow up on projects, tenders & timelines

* Build relationships with corporate clients, architects & contractors

* Support showroom presentations and project discussions

• Proficiency in Project Sales and Sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive project-based revenue
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships
• Experience in Project Management to successfully coordinate project execution and meet deadlines
• Highly developed organizational and time-management skills
• Sales or project coordination experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site setting in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in furniture or interior industry is advantageous
• Interest in interior, commercial, or project-based industries is preferred
• Experience in the ergonomic or furniture industry is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM tools
• Motivated, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
