Kindergarten Reading Teacher

Miss Michelle Learning House is looking for qualified and enthusiastic Reading Teachers to deliver high-quality literacy instruction to young learners. This role involves planning structured reading lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment that supports each child’s academic and language development. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and committed to nurturing a love for reading in children.

• Develop and implement comprehensive reading lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to parents and guardians.
• Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages active student participation and enthusiasm.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and learning resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance instructional strategies and improve student outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching credentials.
• Proven experience in teaching reading or literacy, preferably at the elementary level.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and their families.
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs.
