Reservation Agent

As we continue to expand our services in Kuta Selatan, Kab. Badung, Bali, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Reservation Agent to join our TMS Tour & Travel.

• Key responsibilities for the Reservation Agent at TMS Tour & Travel include managing reservation requests from customers, providing detailed information about our tourism products, and ensuring all bookings are processed accurately and promptly. 
• You will also be responsible for marketing and promoting our various tourism offerings, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, and maintaining strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders. 
• This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Minimum of 2 year of experience working in a similar position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and reservation systems
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service
