Rp 5.5 - 7.5 JutaThe Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing daily Front Office operations to ensure smooth service, excellent guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes in accordance with hotel standards.
- Supervise the performance of Front Office staff including Receptionists, Bellboys, Guest Relation Officers, and Operators.
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay at the hotel.
- Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers with the Front Office team.
- Assist in preparing staff schedules and duty rosters.
- Monitor room status and coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room readiness.
- Ensure all staff maintain proper grooming and deliver service excellence according to hotel standards.
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing Front Office staff.
- Supervise Front Office administration including billing, cash float, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
- Assist in achieving hotel occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Ensure all Front Office SOPs are implemented properly by the team.
- Handle emergency situations and operational issues within the Front Office area.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
- Familiar with hotel operational standards and SOPs.
- Proficient in using hotel PMS systems such as Opera, VHP, or similar systems.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Professional appearance with good grooming standards.
- Strong administrative and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Customer-oriented with strong hospitality service skills.
- Able to coordinate effectively with other hotel departments.
