• Deliver high-quality English lessons using provided curricula and interactive technology while maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor student growth, conduct placement testing and assessments, and maintain accurate academic records.
• Assist with demo lessons, marketing initiatives, promotional events, student onboarding, and teacher substitution as needed.
• Collaborate with the Director of Studies, attend training sessions, and foster a positive team environment.
• Plan and deliver the highest quality of lessons
• Ensure the student has the best experience possible
• Monitor student's development and communicate frequently with the parents
• Strive to develop professional skillset via attending workshops, training and self-learning tasks
• Teach kids-teens (preschool - high school levels)

• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• Recognized TEFL certification or equivalent (for international teachers)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
• Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
