Assistant Toddler Teacher & Floating Teacher

Montessori School Bali, located in the Canggu area, is looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team as an Assistant Toddler Teacher & Floating Teacher.

We are seeking candidates who share our values of being compassionate, honest, involved, and service-oriented, and who are passionate about supporting the growth and development of children aged 18 months to 3 years.

• Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing daily classroom materials and learning activities.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher in planning and implementing activities based on the Montessori approach and lesson plans provided by the school.
• Prepare and distribute learning materials, craft supplies, and other teaching resources.
• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and engaging children in learning activities.
• Encourage children to participate, provide guidance, supervise small groups, and motivate children to be creative.
• Support children's cognitive, emotional, social, and developmental growth.
• Supervise children during free play and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
• Follow the school's rules, policies, and procedures.
• Be willing and able to work as a Floating Teacher, providing support and substituting for other Assistant Teachers when needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Teacher.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about education and child development.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and able to create a positive learning environment for young children.
• Willing to work in Canggu, Bali.
