Translator Mandarin

Flyinc Technology Nusantara hiring Translator Mandarin

• Assist and accompany foreign executives during meetings, site visits, and company events.
• Provide accurate real-time interpretation between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Translate business, administrative, and technical documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support foreign staff in understanding local culture, workplace practices, and daily coordination.
• Arrange schedules, business trips, meetings, and other administrative requirements as needed by the company.
• Facilitate effective communication between foreign executives and local employees to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin Language, Chinese Literature, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin.
• HSK Level 4–6 certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in translation and/or interpretation is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and translation tools.
• Understanding of business, manufacturing, production, or technical terminology is a plus.
• Willing to travel and adapt to business requirements when necessary.
