Join PT Asia Prima Konjac as a TikTok Specialist (Social Media) based in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing TikTok growth strategies, creating and executing engaging content, analyzing performance, and driving audience engagement to support the company's commercial growth.

• Develop TikTok traffic-driving strategies and content plans for both organic and commercial campaigns.
• Analyze and evaluate content performance against industry benchmarks, particularly in the Food & Beverage, Health, and Wellness categories.
• Monitor social media trends and ensure content execution aligns with brand guidelines.
• Build audience engagement and support lead generation through creative and impactful content.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign execution, visual assets, and communication are delivered effectively and consistently.

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, TikTok Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or a related field.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital commerce and social media.
• Strong understanding of TikTok/ByteDance, Meta, and the latest social media trends.
• Knowledge of content planning, creative direction, and content production processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
