Marketing Staff

PT. ARA SAMUDRA is a company operating in Total Marine Service, General Trading, and SNI certification management. In the Total Marine Service sector, we serve various ship supply needs, including the provision and procurement of ship equipment and supplies. We also conduct general trading activities and SNI certification management services.

• Search for and develop new customers in the maritime industry
• Build and maintain good relationships with ship owners, shipping companies, and related parties
• Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Arrange meetings with potential new clients via email or telephone
• Conduct customer visits and provide good after-sales service
• Create reports to management (weekly and monthly) on all marketing activities

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in Ship Supply and Spare Parts for Ships / Ship's store
• Preferably have extensive relationships with shipping companies in Indonesia and abroad
• Proficient in English (minimum passive level)
• Good personality, neat and quick in execution
• Creative, detail-oriented, honest, persistent, responsible and trustworthy
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong market analysis capability
• Able to work both in teams and individually
• Extensive network and relationships
