We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and coordination skills, as well as a good understanding of market trends and customer needs. 

• Identify and develop new potential customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research and review market prices for the company's services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business strategies.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues professionally.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and coordination with customers and relevant parties.
• Provide suggestions, solutions, and feedback to support company improvement and business development.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer development, market conditions, and target achievement.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Possess a private motorcycle and a valid driving license.
• Familiar with Jakarta and surrounding areas.
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and sales targets.
• Proactive, target-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Mandarin proficiency, both oral and written, is a plus.
