Industrial Engineer

Making analysis to improve work efficiency and company efficiency in the production area to optimize the processes in the production machine; Make monthly production estimates by opposing overtime

•  Calculate the Standard Minute Value (SMV) or Standard Allowed Minute (SAM) for garment operations using time and motion studies
•  Distribute work evenly across sewing operators and workstations to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure a smooth, continuous production flow
•  Create detailed operation breakdowns for new styles, defining the sequence of sewing and non-sewing tasks, machine types, and target outputs
•  Plan optimal floor layouts for machines and material movement to reduce handling time and transit distance between workstations
•  Track hourly and daily targets versus actual output, evaluate line efficiency, and report key performance indicators
• Apply Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies to reduce waste in materials, time, and motion
•  Assess worker skills, maintain a skill matrix, and help train new or low-performing operators to improve techniques and speed

• S1 of Industrial Engineering or Profesional IE with experience in the apparel industry
• Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00
• Good communication skills with strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
• Strong character; energetic, resilient, agile, and enjoys challenges
• Able to understand the systems and work procedures in production
• Domiciled or willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
